I began my career in real estate in 1997 as an assistant to a boutique-hotel developer in New York City. With his blessing and a great referral from him I eventually broke out on my own and began selling & leasing commercial real estate in Manhattan.  In addition to finding offices for the frenzy of dotcom companies that seemed to spring up overnight in the 90’s, my primary focus was loft & building sales.  I also enjoyed assisting in the migration of the Contemporary Art Scene from Soho to Chelsea. It was an exciting time. However, after the tragedy of 9/11 it seemed that 9 years in the Big Apple was more than enough.  So, I headed back to Newport Beach, California to be near family.   I’ve been here since November of 2001 and have already sold well over $55 Million in homes.  I attribute my immediate and overwhelming success to the rich tools & experience I acquired while fighting my way through the challenging New York City real estate market. Although I wouldn’t trade my time there for anything, I couldn’t be any happier to be back home. I’m looking forward to a long and happy career in Southern California. 

I'm designated by the National Association of Realtors as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource - SFR.  Additionally, I'm licensed as a Public Notary and am a loan document signing specialist.  Currently I’m studying for my license to become a broker and should complete it by the end of the fourth quarter, 2011.
